Great chain but additional costs + damaged box

I really like the chain when I received it (which took a bit longer than expected). I was a bit annoyed that I got hit with an additional $400+ invoice due to the additional weight of the chain. Had I known I would be charged nearly $500 additional dollars after paying for chain in full, I would have reconsidered. I feel like I was bait-and-switched. The box it came in was also damaged and won’t close properly. However the chain itself is nice.
