A chorizo made with love

we had a party with 20 friends that were eating argentinian chorizo for fist time. Amazing flavor, texture and size. There are not big, the size is correct, and the flavor was just perfect. 5/5

Sausages are outstanding. I used to get them in Miami, but now i will only order from you. Only negative was communication On the shipment. I had to call your company three times for someone to give me the information. I send an email, but no one answered it. Anyway im happy. Thsnk you.

Incredible! Absolutely Incredible !!! I have tried finding chorizos like those I use to eat in Buenos Aires with no success UNTIL I found these. I was prepared to be disappointed BUT I was not . I am not I chef, but I found a great way to prepare these chorizos so I’m passing it on . Fill a skillet with water to cover the chorizos . Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes , turning the chorizo every 2-3 minutes . Remove and wipe the chorizos clean . Clean the skillet . Then add a small amount of canola oil and return the chorizos . On medium heat , cook for 10 minutes , turning the chorizo every 2 minutes . I love mine in a hot dog bun or equivalent. Oh , my goodness ! I have died and gone to heaven . Also the delivery was fast the packaging was everything I could wish for . I will be a loyal customer. Now if I can only find some empanadas like those I ate in B.A. , not the miniature ones with no substance . Thank you for a marvelous product !!!
