Part of my order was smashed, no response from Norm when the issue was reported

I recently ordered 4 bottles of bath foam from Norm. My shipment took a VERY long time to arrive. When it did the package was damaged and one of the bottles of bath foam was completely smashed. I reported the issue to Norm using their online system, including pictures of the package. The Noem website indicates that a response should be received within 3 business days, which hasn't happened. I really like the products, but the Noem customer service is severely deficient, hence my 2 star review.
