Bedtime Hero Essential Oil Blend 10ml

I bought Bedtime Hero augment Perfect Night’s Sleep because it has Cedarwood oil and I was adding Cedarwood oil to the Perfect Night’s Sleep almost nightly. Perfect Night’s Sleep has enough lavender for me, but I sleep better with both oil blends. I put them in separate diffusers. I waited to purchase a Bedtime Hero because it has chamomile and I do not like chamomile tea. However, I place five drops of Bedtime Hero in two oil diffusers across the room and I also add five drops of Neroli Mimosa and Lemon every few days, which makes it sweet enough that I enjoy the scent while I sleep. I also recommend adding the Sensuous oil blend to either of the sleep oil blends although I most often add 4-5 drops to Perfect Night’s Sleep because I mostly cannot detect the scent and the Sensuous blend lets me know that it is diffusing adequately.

Love the absence of lavender. Great for relaxing and getting to sleep.
