Customer service alone is worth the buy

Not only can you tell a lot from a company by the quality of their product, but also by their customer service. I was so excited to get our first shipment! The jars ? Stupid cute and great quality, customizable stickers ? Yes please. You can also see the same quality in the vitamins. Now let’s fast forward a few months to customer service, what makes or breaks a company. I had an issue to no fault of the company whatsoever where I needed to reach out. I click the contact us and dread washed over me, there are a few means of contact but none of which are a phone number to call. Generally that will make someone sweat because of how horrible it is to try to talk to ‘not AI’ in today’s age. But have no worry because they will promptly get back to you ! Text or email you will talk to a real human being who can actually help you. Great company with a great product and exceptional customer service. 100/10

A win for the picky eater!

My kiddo is autistic and has MANY food aversions. I have tried EVERY vitamin I can find to no avail. Hiya was a last ditch effort that WORKED! My kid loves them, even the iron chewable! No complaining, no fighting, takes them willingly! I am so glad I took a chance & ordered!❤️

Grandkids Groovy Growth Granules!!! 😄

I started this multivitamin journey with my two oldest granddaughters and recently added my 3-year old grandson to the mix! I initially was receiving the orders at my home, and then would carry the vitamins over to their house whenever I would make my Sunday afternoon pilgrimage to visit the grandkids after church. But after adding my grandson to the order, the fabulous folks at Hiya (they are the absolute best!) assisted me in changing the delivery destination to my son and daughter-in-law's residence! Now the kids don't have to wait on Grandpa to get those yummy Hiya multis!!! (...not that I've ever been TOO late, mind you... 😆😆😆) These kids LOVE these chewable vitamins... and their Mom and I love that they are made with the best stuff! And... on top of that... the folks at Hiya are absolutely fabulous... Wait... did I say that already? Hahahahahahahahaha! Sorry, can't say that enough...
