Moccamaster KBG Select Filter Coffee Machine - Orange

Just superb. Used the Moccamaster whilst in Finland and found it at Redber upon our return. It's just groovy and makes great coffee. An iconic item. Service was brilliant. Really pleased with all aspects if the order

I cannot fault the service from Redber. I was looking to buy a Moccamaster (dream coffee machine!), some places were a lot more expensive and some didn’t have the colour I wanted. I found Redber and to be honest I was nervous at first as it was a company I hadn’t heard of, however I decided to order the machine and a bottle of descaler. The coffee machine arrived within a day or two which I was really happy with, it was in fantastic condition - packaged extremely well, and it even had a free bag of coffee thrown in. I would 100% order from Redber again, and anyone looking to splurge on a Moccamaster - definitely order from Redber.

Product was damaged in shipping, contacted customer service immediately and they had given me multiple paths to a solution that worked best for me. Fantastic customer service. Tried their coffee with our new machine and it was fantastic. Best coffee maker ive ever owned, and just ordered more coffee from them.
