Unfortunate defect

I fell in love with this bowl as soon as I saw it. I was thrilled when it arrived but unfortunately it had a defect in that it had what appeared to be a small piece of plaster stuck to the side at the bottom. I contacted Katie at Cotswold Luxe; she asked me to return it and another was sent out straight away. Excellent service. However the second bowl also has a defect, this time a small amount of debris within the glaze on the inside of the bowl, which of course is very disappointing considering this is the second bowl I have received.
