Took a while to get the tension right but once I got going, works really well, got 3 locks to practice on, one of them takes about 10 minutes to open ( but I did remove this lock because it was playing up) but the other two locks under two minutes, 15 seconds has been my fastest open

I bought bought types of Ultion decoders as I’m on my final stages of qualifying as a locksmith. With in 10 mins 3/4 of the pickwire head had sheered off. I must admit that the customer services was great, a replacement wire was sent out free of charge (thank you so much). The tool itself seems well put together well, but it doesn’t work like on the video! I have spent the best part of 10 hours trying to pick a lock and nothing, the number guides don’t line up like I thought it was going to. I must admit I’m bitterly disappointed with the tool, I can’t fault the customer service for the replacement wire I fee I’ve wasted nearly £400 on these “tools”

It’s ok but not theres room for improvement

It’s ok. It’s easy to use, personally I can only pick anti clockwise 95 percent of the time with it and when I contacted for advice I was told that’s how they are and you need a plug spinner to pick clockwise to spin it round quick . Think this should be made clear before purchasing. Overall I am pleased with it and it’s a clever bit of kit. I’d certainly use bump keys again as I always do. Very helpful when I asked the question. Don’t let this put you off just take the advice to allow for a plug spinner if you don’t own one. I have got picking with it anti-clockwise to under 15 seconds!
