This flavor was a little bit strong of all the flavors I've tried. This one was probably the most potent one so I recommend keeping it turned on a lower level. Unless you like the extreme flavor then go for it but it's pretty potent also, I do wish however the sips would last a little bit longer as it seems mine replenish quickly on level 5
