Buckaroo Punchy Felt Hat

I have multi hats in 7 3/8 and this one runs way to big..i also asked for hat to be shaped for me and told me,would be and sent photos of how i wanted it and hat came unshaped

I ordered the Buckaroo Punchy Felt Hat. I had a time limit to be able to get it since I live in Peru as a Missionary. My wife would only be in the States a short time to receive it .It was made and sent to Birmingham, Alabama where my wife brought to Peru. I am very pleased with the hat and excellent service beyond expectations. Thank you!
