Good Quality

The quality of the product, when I finally received it, was excellent. Just as promised. My only let down was the time in which it took to receive it. I had understand the holidays being busy and equipment breaking down. What I don’t understand is the lack of communication between the company and their clients, especially during a time when scams run high. I would have liked a little bit more communication assuring me my product was on its way giving me better timelines. It doesn’t make for good business when you’re telling your clients not to contact you regarding the status of their purchase claiming that it will just slow down the process. Like I said, the product and quality of the product was excellent. It’s just customer service. I feel needs a little bit of work.

The quality of the image and the slate are exactly as I wanted and expected. The perfect gift for any seahawk fan.
