I used these to replace some keystones from a local big box store which worked at 100 Mbps but were too touchy to work reliably at faster speeds. That experience led me to look for keystones that provided strain relief for the cat5e cable attached to them and these are working great at 300+ Mbps which is full speed for my internet service.
