I bought this set as an October birthday gift for my sister. Generous size and beautiful design. She loves Italian artisan crafts and these blend traditional stoneware with modern designs. A home run!

Beautiful mugs

I love everything about these mugs. Drinking my morning coffee from one as I write this review. Vietri customer service is the best. One arrived broken. When notified, they immediately sent out a replacement. Did I say I love my mugs?❤️❤️

Beautiful, high quality mugs, but…

I recently ordered the beautiful pumpkin mug set. When they finally arrived, one of the handles was broken. Customer service was extremely efficient and the next day I sent off the damaged mugs for a replacement set. I received my replacements and once again, one of the handles was broken. This was extremely disappointing, but I wasn’t surprised, as the mugs were not individually wrapped/protected within their box. This time customer service offered to individually wrap the mugs, but after a month of back and forth, I decided to just get a refund. I know that cutting down on packaging is important, but I would think that with the time and effort the craftsman take into creating these unique pieces, the company would want to protect them better during shipping.
