Gourmet Duck Fat Spray

it's duck fat in a spray - what more do you need to know? :)

We love this stuff. We use it all the time to roast veggies. It works very well - crisps them up without making them greasy. The only thing that could be better is that when the can gets close to empty, you get a stream rather than a mist.
