Overall beautiful a dress

Like I mentioned in the title, it’s a beautiful dress. My only frustration was with the sizing. When measuring myself, I fell in between sizes. Since both the description and other reviews noted that it ran small, I decided to size up. The dress was made to order, so it took about six weeks to arrive—and when it did, it was actually quite big. I wish I had ordered the smaller size for comparison to avoid so many alterations, but unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to return and reorder.

The product itself is amazing. Quality it’s really nice and doesn’t feel like a cheap material. It was true to size and exactly what I wanted. I was worried it wouldn’t come in on time but when there was a slight inconvenience with the shipping date the BirdyGrey people were amazing and helped so much. They got right on the issue and were super nice about the whole thing. Problem was resolved and had plenty of time before the wedding! Love this website!

Beautiful dress but the strap broke

The dress was very beautiful and I loved how it fit, i got a small. however during the reception I bent down to look at something and the strap snapped. I got this dress in another color for a different wedding and the same thing happened
