My experience with Worth & Worth was great. I did a lot of research but it’s hard to decide when the price range for these hats is so wide. First I decided to deal domestically & W&W seemed very reliable with multiple styles to choose from. Next I wanted to make sure I could customize enough so that the hat I ultimately received would be perfect for me. I scheduled a virtual fitting with Orlando and it was terrific. He happened to be in Austin at the time setting up for a show. We spoke for about 15 minutes. He confirmed what I was thinking about and that they could deliver that style with the brim and crown sized where I wanted it. I placed the order and received it about 2 weeks later. That’s outstanding for a custom finished hat. I love it. Perfect fit and look. It was a little pricey but I think I made the best decision and can’t wait for the weather to warm up a bit so I can wear it outside.
