Terrible purchase experience

The chain arrived with NO 18k Hallmark on it so I don’t have a proof that this is actually a solid 18k gold . It could be gold plated . Also the weight was less than las villas said so I was overcharged for the weight and the jewelry box was broken . I would not but again from las villas jewelry and I am requesting a full refund on this chain . A gold jewelry should always be stamped for the purity of gold and there always should be a hallmark for what karat it is
