Coconut Lime Complete Kit

Ive been purchasing coconut lime from Glory Cloud for years and have always been so pleased, however this time, the products were very dry, especially the bidy butter. In fact, it was so dry and sticky, i had to throw it in the garbage. I also messaged to tell then of the issue and someone did reply, but then they stopped and didnt reply again! I don’t think i will ever purchase from them again!
