Morning favorite!
Organic Assam is my go-to morning tea. This reddish-brown black tea is richer and sweeter than most black teas. I like to brew it with a small amount of fenugreek seeds (a tsp or so), which provide a sweet and nutty (almost maple-like) flavor that pairs well with the tea.
