Bigger than I expected

I haven’t actually used them yet, but I’m sure they’ll be fine. I was slightly disappointed that they are pretty large capers and I prefer the smaller ones.

Capers with free (?) salt

The flavor is great! I love these capers in salt. They were nearly perfect. My only complaint is the bag I received was much more moist than any I've ever seen before. I opened the bag, spread the capers on a large plate, and left them to dry for over 24 hours.
