Original install of the Pre-Air system 10 years ago was not very competent. The pump died right after I got the boat last summer. Probably from vibration effects. I set the new pump in there and dumped its motion really well. Purrs like a kitten.

Well worth the money. The last time we were fishing in the keys, the original one in our boat stopped working and half of the pilchards in our recirculating live well died even though the recirculating pump continued to work. Probably because of the extremely warm water temperatures. This is the first time this has ever happened so I have to contribute it to the old aerator not working. I installed the new one and haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but I’m pretty sure they won’t be dying the next time.

Great air pump

I am a saltwater fishing guide in Corpus Christi Texas . been fishing over 60 years . I love this air pump it will keep bait alive while i trailer my boat . Yes it is expensive but for me it really does the job .
