Unhealthy roots

She started to fail almost immediately. After a week (I was trying to let her acclimate to my conditions) her leaves started to yellow. I removed her from the soil and her roots were rotting. She's currently in water and I'm hoping she'll regrow a good root system. It doesn't seem like she was fully acclimated from import as she's acting like a fresh import would if I didn't give it special conditions...

Looks great! Decent size with healthy leaves and roots!
