When I first ordered these shoes, I paid for two day shipping so they’d hopefully be in in time for my wedding dress alterations. They never came but I emailed customer service and they replaced them as quickly as possible, with one day shipping. It just sucked not having them for my alterations. Hopefully my dress is the correct length lol. But 10/10 for their customer service.
