Star Trek: The Next Generation Delta Embroidered Hat

Item arrived super dirty with a pink substance attached and hair all over as if it was previously worn. Response from the store has been non-existent in the first 24 hours after receiving and reporting the issue.

Got this as a gift for my hubby. He loved it and it’s great quality!

It's a hat. I does what is says on the tin. It fits, it's comfortable, I would prefer velcro over a ladder lock, but that's a matter of option. It's a hat!
