Horrible customer service

While the product is fine and my husband wears them every day, my issue is not with the product. My issue is with the customer service. This an accidental purchase. My husband was looking at payment options and the website glitched and he got charged. The website automatically filled out his “info” which was all wrong minus the card number. Once he realized what had happened he tried to cancel the order…due to it being a non refundable item there was no way to cancel it. So our account was charged $900+ for an item he didn’t order. When he finally was able to get ahold of someone they told him that the only was they can do a “refund” was if we had set up a payment plan for this item. The only way we were able to get the money back was to pay the $100+ return fee PLUS another $200+ in fees to set up a payment plan so we could get our original $900+ back. Will not do business with them. This accidental transaction should have been canceled instead of costing us $1300+.
