4" Neoregelia Fireball

I think it's dieing

I'm not sure if this plant is dieing or what but I've had it for a few weeks and the leaves are turning yellow all the way to the bottom of the stem. And some leaves are loosing their texture. I haven't reported it or anything yet...trying to let it acclamate to its new home. I water it when it's almost completely dry and I have it under a grow light. It's a lighter green color so it has no variation. I don't have a ton of light in my house, hence the grow light. I'm not sure if it's already bloomed and is dieing? Also the soil is different from what I use. I don't know if it's moss or what??? What kind of soil do y'all use????? I purchased like 6 or 7 plants, and most are okay, but some are with browning tips and the neon potho has a few black dots on the leaves. When I got the plants I washed the leaves really good. They or a least a few were really dirty. Especially the Fireball, and the Fireball also has so brownish colored stuff on leaves. I can't tell if it scale or pest related, but yeah a little disappointed, but not giving up on any of them. The Fizzle is dieing they emailed me and ask me to send them a pic of it so they can try to help, that's nice of them, but my phone doesn't allow me to take pictures so....
