Very late shipping

The mezuzah I ordered is lovely, but it took a month to receive it. I never received an update on the shipping schedule. I had ordered it as a gift, expecting to receive it within 2-3 weeks at the latest, but it arrived a week after the event. Very disappointed with the shipping. Otherwise a nice product.
