I used the 16” Between Joists” double bubble foil insulation over R-11 Unfaced batts for the walls and open rafters of a cabin. It works fantastic to keep radiant heat used in winter in, and summer’s radiant heat from the sun out! Don’t forget to seal all joints with the 3” foil tape to achieve maximum benefits from the system. This is my third cabin in the past 5 years so I have a proven track record of success with EcoFoil products!!

I like it BuT

We are using it on foam insulation. It works great but looks terrible because of the bubbles and wrinkles we are using silicone and silverboard insulation we have tried everything
