ChillChek Waterproof Thermometer

Much smaller than expected

While thermometer works well, it is too small to really drop it in the water with a line and then recover it without it drifting away into a current or shaft. A heavier larger unit that sinks to desired line depth without drifting would be better for what I was looking to do.

Works exactly as hoped

I needed waterproof thermometers to keep in outdoor garden containers that are used as frog habitats. Temperatures determine how much to add shade and where--very helpful in keeping wildlife happy.
