I ordered 3 loaves. We ate one immediately because taste testing is a must and put the other two in the freezer ahead of Easter. As a lifelong Tsoureki eater, I can attest that the taste and texture is spot on, and the bread arrived tasting fresh. My family will purchase our Tsoureki from Parthenon again!
