Ordering was easy. I called them prior to ordering online to see if they had the products I wanted to order. I was told on the phone that it could take a month to receive my order. I was ok with that being told up front. The order came much quicker with in 2 weeks of ordering. Great quality products and embroidery that I ordered 5.11 shirts and pants. I highly recommend, as this is my 2nd or 3rd time ordering from them. I only feel that the prices are a bit steep but you get what you pay for and I'm sure they don't control the prices of the 5.11 clothing.
