Amazing short ribs! Smoked for 90 minutes at 250 then finished in a slow cooker with beef broth.

boy was I glad I ordered two

For some reason, I thought each one was 1.5 pounds. If I would have calculated it right, I should have ordered 3 of them. I decided to braise them for a meeting with 6 people and I was concerned I wouldn't have enough. It took a lot of will power for me not to eat more than a taste before the meeting. Fortunately the girls left me some to take back home and trust me, it didn't last long. So...I'm ordering more. This time, I have menfolk amongst the crowd, and I'll have to plan for them to heartily eat. Of note: this is a tender selection. After braising for 2 hours, it essentially was ready. I added veggies and let it slow cook for another 3 hours. Definitely waited to share this at the meeting or I probably would have gorged myself on this for breakfast. Go ahead and order this. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome cut of meat

We really enjoyed this cut. Great sirloin flavor with filet tenderness.
