We recently got new gutters and it was suggested that we put up a Rainchain. The Nutshell company's website was great. They had to many options and reasonably priced. I was able to order online very easily and the product arrived ahead of the time expected (about 4 days). It was very easy to install and I can't even begin to describe how amazing it is. The Rain just pours seemlessly through it and the sound....instant soothing babbling brook sound. It was so nice that I bought 2 chairs for the porch so we can sit and enjoy it. Anyone living in Florida knows what toerrrential rains we can have and we had one, during which the Chain prevented the rain from splattering all over the house and windows too. It is so wonderful. In addition, I needed to return one item from my order because it wasn't needed afterall...that process was so easy. I requested to return online and immediately got simple instructions how to do so. I was refunded within 3 days of my dropping the item in the mail. 100% Great Product, and Great Customer Service.
