This store is great, from the staff being so kind when you call with questions, to ordering. Shipping is about a week and well worth the time it takes to make these beautiful chains. They came well packaged. Easy to assemble with great support videos. We had a gutter guy hang it, was easy for him. He just cut a new hole and it was attached within minutes. It rained same day we hung it and the sound of the water running through it was so calming and visually looks so cool. We are going to get another one for front of our house. Highly recommend Nutshell.
