The product is great. Customer Service is lacking. May 18 I placed an order and had to keep emailing to see if they were shipping my order anytime soon as turn around time on website was not long at all. First excuse…they were out of town…another week goes by…this time an excuse about it’s shipped already…which was not the truth…finally a prompt to see about order…crickets. AMAZINGLY I got notified my order was on its way w a tracking number. Order arrived and was wrong. Still waiting on the corrected order…Grant it that we are a month out now. They are not good at all with communication. I’ve emailed several times to check on corrected order still with no response as of yet. They did not take time to read what was originally ordered. The mistake was on their end. Still waiting to hear back on my corrected order that appears will never happen. Again great product…terrible customer service…and honestly it’s fraudulent at this point.
