Grand Prix makes wonderful half chaps. Excellent leather and workmanship. I have always bought the model with the accordion leather insert, and was looking for a new pair of the same. Apparently the company has discontinued that style, but has retained the model number and applied it to the the model with a smooth stretch insert (Style LL). So, when you order an LC style you actually receive an LL product. This is my second attempt (two different vendors) at ordering chaps with the accordion insert. Strange, but be aware.
