Tried to replace a broken pawn with a close color match, but unsuccessful. When I reached out, Chess House was willing to send another pawn, but seemed like I would have to purchase again rather than exchange. If you need to match an existing set, I recommend sending a picture with your initial order. I went off pictures on their website for my initial order. I do appreciate their attempt to find a matching piece. Shipping was prompt, price was fair, and size description was accurate.

Sadly the piece is shorter than I expected. The color is great but it is much shorter than I’d like.
