Great customer service was provide during and after sale. The only issue that I had was with the delivery company. The delivery company never contacted me on the day of the delivery in order to inspect the casket. Fortunately, nothing wrong with the casket.

We ordered a red casket for my mom. It was absolutely beautiful. This Company was great over the phone. Only problem was upon delivery we noticed a few dings on the casket. We didn’t have time to do anything about it. I believe it happened when the casket was being made. We dos take pictures upon delivery. Otherwise beautiful! We were rushed and this company was able to get the casket to us! Just what we wanted for our mama.
