Just going to hit the high points because grief is strong and not really feeling this, but people should know. 1) the staff is very helpful, I suggest speaking with someone before ordering and ordering directly from the company as opposed to Amazon. 2) The prices are exceptional, for example, I got a steel, gasketed casket for 1k less than the starter pine box the funeral home had. 3) It arrived to the funeral home within 24 hours of my order in pristine condition, exactly as I ordered it. 4) The follow up and after services provided are also quite helpful. Overall I think in a time of severe trauma and in an area of business that is already way too expensive, Titan Caskets was kind and compassionate, not at all overpriced, and got me exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone in my situation of a traumatic unexpected death or even if you are just looking to pre plan.

The customer service I received when contacting Titan Casket could not have been better. They were so kind and helpful to me at such a vulnerable time in my life after losing my husband. The casket delivery was on time and it was beautiful and unique. Many people commented on how much they loved it. I am so happy I found this company while my husband was sick and was prepared in what I wanted.
