Pink nail drill cradle !~

They sent me a USED drill cradle!!!!! Too bad I can't include photos in this review. I'm just shocked!! There's polish & looks like acrylic on it as well as a crack. Also looks like the drill was on & dug into on side/bottom. Also has brown stuff on & underneath it. I've seen & heard so many bad things about this company. This was my 3rd order- previously I had no issues. Depending how customer service handles this- determines if I will ever be a return customer. To be honest my expectations are low because of what I've seen. I have seen a lot of big names revoke their endorsements for enail couture. I honestly am shocked with all the bad press that Suzie is still connected. I just received an email back. They completely ignored what I wrote, including the photos. They replied saying sorry it was damaged during transit. NO! It was USED PRIOR to shipment!!!! All the reviews I've seen and videos I see now are true! HORRIBLE customer service. If you can even call it that!
