I wasn't sure about ordering online, however the process was easy. The casket was beautiful and the cost was more reasonable than going through the funeral home. It was deliverer when requested with no damages and just as pictured. The sunburst header made it look more expensive. I'd use Titan again

Our family was so impressed with the casket we ordered from Titan. The customer service department was easy to work with, and it was delivered on the requested date. The quality and color of the casket and the inside fabric were exceptional. The casket and fabric were light blue, and the handles were bright chrome. the quality of the steel and handles were top of the line. No disappointments. I would definitely order from Titan again. Beautiful

Was very pleased with my purchase. The casket was just as pictured. Only issue i have is the crazy cost for the box to be taken back. I think to pay 100.00 for a box that will be recycled to be a bit much. Other than that the company keep their promise with on time delivery.
