Improved my acne but did not get rid of it
I used this product for 3 months and I do see improvements to my skin. My acne is not as inflamed and deep, although I am still getting breakouts. I think I will need to use this product for longer than 3 months to see if my skin will improve further.
I did get gastro upset when I first started using this product, so I only take it when I am eating a meal. I am also have a hormonal IUD, I wish there was more information available on how the effectiveness of this product may be impacted by the use of birth control.

Worth it!
I was very hesitant but it gave subtle and then noticeable results. At 3 months it dawned on me how much my skin improved. I believe it helped balance my body in a way no topical treatments have been able to in the past. I will continue to recommend!
