So, I ordered what I thought was a regular-sized grater from Counseltron, but it turned out to be a mini grater when I picked it up at their warehouse on Tempo Ave. When I asked the employee there if I could return it, she flat out said no. And then, she just kept repeating that there was no return option, even though I explained that I didn't want the mini grater and had mistakenly ordered it. Her attitude was really frustrating. She just kept repeating the same refusal over and over, without even listening me. Then, she told me that they had prepared the product specifically for me and that I had no option other than taking it. But the thing is, I had gone to their warehouse myself to pick up the product—I didn't have it shipped to me. The product was ready at there. When she thought I hadn't signed the shipment papers, she started panicking and telling her colligue to sort it out. She kept repeating, "Take her signature and take her out," like I am an criminal who is going to escape without signing the shipment documents. I told her there is no need to be panic that much, I have already signed the documents before opening my box and my intention is not to make trouble to anybody. In the middle of these strange moments, they suddenly took my box and receipt , I couldnt even say or take my receipt together with me. Finally, she refused to give me her name when I asked for it to file a complaint. She even went so far as to physically gesture outside with her finger, as if she wanted me to leave immediately. If I were the owner of that company, I would never tolerate such behavior from an employee. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them, and I wouldn't want to work with someone who treats customers so poorly. PS: Later, when I checked their website, I found out that they do have a return option. It's frustrating to realize that I was misled by their employee's refusal. I emailed Counseltron about the issue, but I never got a reply. It's like they don't care about customer satisfaction at all. Maybe her confidence was coming from that she knows her rudeness would be cover up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and it's made me decide not to buy anything from Counseltron again in the future.
