So great to be able to get quality and nutritious bun options. I absolutely love the Nuflours flax bread and bun products. A little disappointed in the buns this time. Very thin and when cut in half not substantial enough to hold my veggie burger. The texture was also pretty dry and crumbly. They were frozen when purchased. Only one person working and she was filling a to go order and making several lattes. I waited about 10 minutes just to ask if they had the buns. I was happy they did, and maybe I'll ask about fresh next time or order ahead. I really do love their allergy friendly options and commitment to whole food/clean baking. Also appreciate their new open every day hours!!

I purchased these for my gluten-free daughter, but then my non-gluten-free husband had to re-purchase them because he ate them all. He said he made the second purchase to replace the ones he ate, but he bought twice as much as I did, and he's working his way through the second package. Not sure my daughter will ever get one! They are extremely good.
