Much better than grocery store

We had stopped buying pork because the grocery offerings are dry and flavorless. The heritage pork was much better. Only note is portions are on the small side. I imagine the hogs are just smaller than the mass produced ones. Chops are nice thickness with about 5-6oz of actual pork. People with a good appetite may need two.

Champion Chops

I just had the chops tonight , they were the best I’ve had . You can taste the quality and freshness that is put into it , I already have plans on purchasing more of them . Good job .
