Fragrance Free (6 Boxes)

I was very excited to start using Kind Laundry, I had heard good things since a few family members use it. I am very happy with the product itself but very turned off by the customer support and company as a whole. For starters, 2 boxes were missing in my first order, then I was subscribed to two different subscriptions that I did not want - one every 2 months and one every 3 months. I tried to reach out to customer service and they were no help, didn’t answer my question, and were a tad rude. I like the product, but am thinking of canceling because of the endless headache.

I love this laundry soap. It doesn’t give me hives. My clothes last longer, and the fragrance free is actually fragrance free!
