"Emma" Personalised Set

"Emma" Personalised Set

Extremely poor quality and terrible customer service. First time use and one of the wooden letters cracked and fell off. When I contacted them in regards to the issue they apologised and offered me a replacement. I have now followed up 4 times via email in the last 6 weeks and every time there is an excuse as to why the replacement has not been sent. Do not recommend ordering from this company if you want a quality product that will last.

Absolutely love these custom name little goodies the quality is incredible and our little girl absolutely loves them.
