Excellent quality for the price. The color is vibrant, and the Yabukita/Samidori blend is smooth, flavorful, naturally sweet, and free from bitterness or astringency. It works beautifully in lattes without needing sugar. If you enjoy very grassy, bitter matcha, this may be too smooth, but for me it’s perfect. The customer service is outstanding—they answered all my questions about the cultivars, their proportions, and the flavor profile with complete transparency, and confirmed that Yabukita is the dominant cultivar. Their advice helped me choose the right matcha for my taste. Excellent value for money, and I’ll definitely order again!
