I’m new to the Carnivore way of eating…first time I ordered online from Grass Raised Farmers…new to cooking beef in an iron skillet as well…first meal… rib eye…thought it was really really good…cooked med rare and enjoyed every bite. Then I cooked the chuck steak same way and it was like eating leather…every single bite. Just a really bad experience…I need advice I guess cuz I removed every bite from my mouth.
