Missing parts could not install. Sitting in storage

I really love this light fixture. We bought two for our kitchen. It is so beautiful and I am happy with my choice. Customer service was helpful and shipping was fast. The only reason I gave it three stars is because it was so difficult To install. A swivel crossbar was not included, this happened with both orders. So it was just an ordeal. But lovely light fixture.
